Kinplus Summer Distance Project

May 1st - August 15th

Led by Kevin Moore, Registered Kinesiologist, NCCP Performance Coach, and varsity head coach with 10 years of experience at Brock University. Since 2015, he’s led both cross-country and track programs—building the distance team from the ground up and guiding them to their best XC season since 1998.

This program blends high-level run coaching with integrated strength training to help athletes perform and stay injury-resistant.

  • 📅 3 in-person practices weekly, including a lifting session at the Kinplus studio
